• Items that arrive as advertised, as well as items where the customer has selected the wrong size, are not eligible for returns.

• Items that arrived other than advertised will be eligible for returns. This includes cases of misprinted logo/imagery/embroidery, damaged, or defective items.

Digital Gift Cards:

Please note that there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital gift cards. All digital gift card sales are final.

Initiating a Return:

If you receive any items that you believe may qualify for a return, please take clear photos of the product and provide relevant details. Submit this information to Marina Miranda Creative within 20 days after receiving your product.

Replacement Coverage:

If your items are determined to be damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will cover the cost for replacement. Rest assured, we prioritize the quality of our products and will swiftly address any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Procedure:

DO NOT send items back to the address listed on the packaging without prior communication with or authorization from Marina Miranda Creative. Contact us at our email and we will guide you through the return process, providing you with the necessary instructions and return address. Sending these items without authorization will complicate the returns process.
